I started a company with no money in my pocket and a vision for something great. A weird black girl (iykyk lol) from the hood, where dreams are never born— I didnt want to accept that as my fate. I started Strong and Sexy Athletic Club with nothing but my imagination, a passion for lifting, and the belief that women don’t have to pick between being strong or sexy. We get to be both.

This brand is for the gym girls who feel like main characters. For the shy ones that want to stand out, for the anime nerds that listen to the greatest anime speeches of all time while lifting lol its me :) For the ones who lift heavy but also wanna feel pretty, and cool, and powerful. Our designs are inspired by anime, art and superhero costumes — because why not feel like a badass superhero (or supervillain if thats what you’re vibing with lol)  when you hit your deadlifts? Why not bring art and style to the gym?

Right now, we’re starting with one iconic piece — the "Pink Fury" shorts.  But this is just the beginning. This brand isn’t just about clothes. It’s about building community — hosting lifting events, meetups, and showing girls from places like mine that there's magic in muscle and softness in strength.

I haven’t “made it” yet — but I’ve got my little tiny pinky toe in the door, and I’m not lettin go. If you're reading this, maybe you're part of the reason I havent quit. I believe people change people. So let’s keep showing up for each other — well make it strong and well make it sexy ;)
